The old lady on the second floor across the street has in her living room only one folding chair, one small table and one orange seventies-style table-lamp. The walls and floor tiles are naked and white. The phone socket is empty. There she sits every day and reads or does crossword puzzles.

Is this some kind of extreme minimalist lifestyle or is she just incredibly poor? No, don't answer that.
